Sales Tax/ International orders : Matrix F.T.B.LLC shall automatically
charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to
addresses within the state of New York. Each customer shall be solely
responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other
state. International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty,
or additional taxes in the country of destination. Matrix F.T.B. LLC is not
responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty,
customs, or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives.
Matrix F.T.B. LLC recommends that you contact your customs import office for
more information about potential charges. Matrix F.T.B. LLC is not responsible
for any taxes, duty, customs fees or shipping charges on any item being
returned.
Return Policy : All merchandise must be returned within 15 days after
delivery. All merchandise will be inspected by Matrix F.T.B. LLC prior to
issuing any refunds. In order to receive a full refund all returned merchandise
must pass a thorough inspection performed by Matrix F.T.B. LLC. There cannot be
any missing parts, damage or evidence of extensive usage to the merchandise.
Matrix F.T.B. LLC is not responsible for the shipping of any returned
merchandise or any damage incurred during shipment. Matrix F.T.B. LLC reserves
the right to withhold refunds if any of the terms above are not met.
Shipping Fees and Policies : All products are shipped via UPS. Shipping
fees are calculated based on different criteria's’ such as weight, size,
insurance, destination and price. All orders are shipped via UPS ground except
for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Orders shipped to these
places will be shipped UPS Air. UPS cannot deliver orders to P.O. boxes or
APO’S so please provide a physical address when placing orders. Matrix F.T.B.
LLC will always make every attempt possible to deliver merchandise ordered on
time. Please allow 4- 6 weeks for delivery. Matrix F.T.B. LLC is not
responsible for any delays that may be caused by UPS. Matrix F.T.B LLC bears no
responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee Strikes or
any other complications caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers
Payment Policy : Acceptable payment methods are: All major credit cards
(Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Government and Institutional
purchase orders, money orders, certified check, bank checks. Money orders and
Bank checks may be held for up to 3 weeks. To pay by check, money order or
purchase order please contact our sales department at 1-866-440-6382 for
further details. Orders placed with an international credit card or orders
placed with a U.S. credit card being shipped abroad may not be accepted due to
verification issues. In the event that we cannot verify your billing
information we may require you to wire transfer payment prior to us shipping
the products. At times we may request a fax with a copy of your drivers’
license and front and back of the credit card being used.
Warranty : Matrix F.T.B. LLC Limited Warranty Matrix F.T.B. LLC warrants
to the original purchaser from a Matrix F.T.B. authorized dealer that Matrix
F.T.B. equipment or equipment from a Matrix F.T.B. authorized manufacturing
contractor will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal
use and service for the following periods and in the following respects:
LIFETIME WARRANTY - Welds ONE YEAR WARRANTY - Pivot Plate and all other
components not mentioned elsewhere in this warranty SIXTY DAY WARRANTY -
Upholstery and Grips This limited warranty DOES NOT cover and no warranty is
given with respect to: ·Products not manufactured by Matrix F.T.B. LLC
·Products which are altered without the express written consent of Matrix
F.T.B. LLC ·Products purchased other than directly from Matrix F.T.B. LLC or
through a Matrix F.T.B. LLC Authorized Dealer. All warranty periods begin to
run from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. The obligation of
Matrix F.T.B. LLC under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing
warranted defective parts, as Matrix F.T.B. may elect, at Matrix F.T.B. LLC
manufacturer in New York without charge to purchaser for either parts or labor.
Purchaser is responsible for all transportation and insurance costs on returned
or replaced equipment to and from Matrix F.T.B. LLC manufacturer. ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, IS LIMITED TO
ONE YEAR DURATION FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. SOME
STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE
ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THE REMEDY OF REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT IS
THE EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER. MATRIX F.T.B. LLC SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONTINGENT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY
KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE OF LOSS OF OTHER PROPERTY OR
EQUIPMENT AND LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION
OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION
OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. No action for breach of this written limited
warranty or an implied warranty shall be commenced more than one year after the
accrual of the cause of action. This written limited warranty is the complete,
final and exclusive agreement of the parties with respect to the quality or
performance of the goods and any and all warranties and representations. No
modifications of this limited warranty or waiver of its terms shall be binding
on either party unless approved in writing by an authorized corporate officer
of Matrix F.T.B. LLC. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights,
and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. Matrix
